Indoor and outdoor equipment on all Multi F systems installed after January 1, 2014 will now carry a system-wide 5-year parts, and a 7-year compressor Limited Warranty. Rebate Info

The U.S. Department of Energy and the North Carolina Solar Center are excited to announce that a new, modernized DSIRE is under construction. The new version of DSIRE will offer significant improvements over the current version, including expanded data accessibility and an array of new tools for site users. The new DSIRE site will be available in the summer of 2014. Staff are currently working hard on the new DSIRE and are unfortunately only able to make minimal updates to the DSIRE website at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for using DSIRE.

LG SIMs 2.0 (Smart phone Inverter Monitoring service system 2.0) is the app monitoring the cycle of LG residential inverter air conditioner products, and it helps the engineers find the current status and analyze cycle. Engineers find the operation status and problems of LG residential inverter air conditioner using this app to provide solutions for the corresponding problem.

Extended Pipe Wall-Mount Single-Zone Duct-Free Split Systems  Split systems are comprised of two major components—indoor units and outdoor units—that are connected through refrigerant piping and power wiring / communi- cations cable. These Inverter heat pump systems provide a smart alternative to both central HVAC and window-mounted air conditioners, and are available in a variety of configurations to suit different cooling and heating situations. Installation by a qualified HVAC contractor is easy—little to no duct work or sheet metal is required. Extended Pipe Wall-Mount Systems Extended Pipe Wall-Mount Split Systems include advanced technology for cost- effective, energy-efficient operation. These systems feature improved piping capability to allow long piping lengths (up to 164 feet) and high elevation differences (up to 98.4 feet). Choosing a single-zone extended pipe system provides individual control and design flexibility. Extended Pipe Wall-Mount systems are available in 2, 2-1/2, and 2-3/4-ton capacities. These are best suited for cooling and heating applications with zones requiring a system with longer piping length capabilities, such as residential and small business office buildings. Inverter Technology Inverter variable-speed split systems are measurably quieter and consume less energy than conventional air conditioners. The Inverter compressor ramps up or down to match the required room capacity and help maintain the comfort level. When the selected temperature is reached, the inverter compressor operates at low speed to maintain that comfort level, thereby using less energy. Quality Commitment LG is committed to the success of air-conditioning projects. We provide technical support during installation, and offer a variety of classes designed for installers and service providers. Classes are conducted at LG’s training centers and in field locations at various times throughout the year and upon special request.

LG SIMs 2.0

LG SIMs 2.0 is a maintenance and troubleshooting tool for LG Duct-Free Split (DFS) air conditioning systems. It consists of a wireless communications module and a free smart phone application (app). The app is available for Android and iOS (Apple) smart phones.

The wireless module connects to the outdoor unit and sends system data to the SIMs smart phone app. The app displays real-time numerical data for the outdoor unit and each indoor unit. Data can be displayed as a graph to help evaluate operating trends over time. The SIMs app also displays system error codes and a troubleshooting guide.
